Situated in a pedestrian area next to the heart of Rome the Studio Z stands in a calm small square, just out of the touristic circuit. It is plunged into a neighborhood of 2-3 floor houses, with a good fruit and vegetable morning street market, at only twenty-five minutes on foot to the Colosseum and twenty five to the central train station.The Loft is 100 sq.m. + 30 of duplex, the barrel vault ceilings are more than 4 meters high and there is a good daylight all along the day-time. The replacement, abundance and the modern style of the furniture make the lounge area extremely comfortable and livable. There are two bedrooms on the duplex and the other two double beds are nicely scattered around the very large living area, then a single bedroom. 2 bathrooms each with a shower. The central heating is independent and very efficient. The kitchen is completely furnished. Wi-fi internet . 2 hi-fi systems. Cable TV with global news networks. 1 parking lot in the private court.

The area is very well connected to the very centre of Rome, being next to a main public transport crossroad, so that any tourist site in Rome is at most at 25-30 minutes by bus or tram from the hostel. Some examples: tram 19 direct line to St. Peter, bus 81 to Navona square and Pantheon. Regular maps, public transport maps and guides to cultural and evening events in Rome are available in the hostel. There is one parking place in the private courtyard on the left hand side of the loft (pict.2). One of the most important basilics of rome, S.Croce in Gerusalemme, is less than 15 min. on foot from AAE Rome Hostel Z.
